| John McLaughlin is an NRA Certified Pistol Instructor with more than 35 years of firearms experience. He is approved to teach the NRA Basics of Personal Protection in the Home and Personal Protection Outside the Home. Additionally, he is a Designated Pilot Examiner for the Federal Aviation Administration and a Certified Broadcast Meteorologist.

| Frank Scaglione is an NRA Assistant Pistol Instructor and Co-Owner of Learn 2 Shoot Iowa LLC. Frank has five years public and private law enforcement experience, previously holding the positions of Chief of Security for an automotive business and reserve police officer for a central Iowa community. Frank is familiar with Glock and Springfield duty firearms, as well as other pistols. Frank has attended DMACC for Criminal Justice, AIB College of Business, and is also attaining his Certified Protection Officer designation. Frank is kept busy operating his advertising agency in Des Moines and working in the weather department at a local television station.
